If you need to print text, there may be unnecessary printing and processing of wedding cards. On average, there is a loss of 4-5% in the amount of goods delivered, which means there will be 4-5% fewer pieces than expected.
If you place an order without printing, there could be a small mistake in counting the cards, which could result in 1-2% fewer cards than you requested.
Please send your text in a MS Word document with clear instructions for printing. Alternatively, you can also just write the words in the same email.
We are not liable for any mistakes in the text that is printed. The printing only begins after you approve the proofs. We create the exact same style as the final version of proofs approved by the customer. The customer is the only one responsible for giving their permission.
For Wedding cards that have printing, it will take 10 to 14 business working days for them to be sent out after the customer gives their final approval.
For Wedding cards that do not have printing, it will take about 6 to 8 business working days from the day the customer gives final approval for the cards to be sent out.
kaunters.com is not responsible if items get damaged while being transported, even though we take great care in packaging them before sending.
You may have to pay a fee when importing goods based on where you live. Some delivery companies may ask for extra money if you live faraway. The person who gets the thing has to pay for all those fees. The company delivering the package will charge us this amount and we can't do anything about it.
After we send your order, we will give you a tracking id. Please use this tracking id to track your package with the courier partner. Any delay or issues with the delivery are not our fault, but the responsibility of the courier company.
If the delivery person tries to call you but can't reach you or if the address you gave is wrong, we won't be responsible if there's a delay in getting your package or if it's marked as "return to sender. "

If we need to tell a customer something important and we can't reach them by phone, we will send them a message on WhatsApp. We will assume that they got the message.
